The Action Committee for Rural Electrification (ACRE) is an important part of the electric co-op network. The political action committee (PAC) for electric co-ops supports candidates who support the interests of electric co-ops.
Co-ops Vote
Co-ops Vote is a non-partisan campaign focused on enhancing the political strength of electric cooperatives by making sure our 42 million members’ voices are heard by local, state and federal elected officials at the ballot box. The main goal of the campaign is to boost voter turnout in cooperative areas, making sure that our members exercise one of their most basic rights – the right to vote.
