Golden State Power Cooperative

Golden State Power Cooperative's (GSPC) mission is to use the cooperative business model to help California communities own non-profit, member-owned, member-controlled energy co-ops to assure honest, efficient, affordable and reliable electric service. GSPC was established in 1999 through a joint effort of the state's three rural distribution cooperatives, Anza Electric Cooperative, Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative and Surprise Valley Electrification Corporation.
